Through our flagship CAFE Fintech Accelerator Program, we support early- to growth-stage financial technology (fintech) companies in their journey to create innovative solutions to advance financial wellness for low- to moderate- income (LMI) and other underserved communities. We work with financial institutions to connect and partner with cutting-edge fintech solutions to reach new customers and existing communities in new ways.
The CAFE Spring 2026 Fintech Accelerator Program is hybrid-virtual for 8 weeks starting on April 7, 2026. It starts with 3 in-person days based out of the beautiful, new, and well-equipped physical location in the Fintech Innovation Hub, operated by the renowned Delaware Technology Park, located on the easily accessible and prestigious STAR Campus of the University of Delaware. The Fintech Innovation Hub is a “center of excellence” created by a public-private partnership—a convergence of academic rigor, business savvy and technical expertise with the intention of pooling resources to make financial systems work better for all.
