CatalyseHer UK Accelerator

The CatalyseHer UK Accelerator (hosted at catalyseher-uk.inco-group.co/ by global social enterprise INCO and backed by the Visa Foundation) is a 2-month, fully remote learning and micro-grant program designed to accelerate UK-based, early-stage women-led businesses driving social or environmental impact.

• Pitch Micro-Grants: Top cohort graduates earn the chance to compete in an end-of-program video pitch competition to win up to £5,000 GBP in non-dilutive grant funding ($300,000 USD total pool allocated across UK cohorts).

• Equity Terms: 0% Equity / 100% Non-Dilutive Grant (0% equity taken; 100% free participation).

• Use of Grant Funds: Grants are dedicated to operational growth, tech integration, marketing, or capital purchases (cannot be applied toward founder/staff salaries).

• Structured Tracks: Participants choose between the Business Fundamentals Track (for early-stage/pre-revenue ventures under £50k income) or the Impact Track (for teams embedding measurable social/environmental metrics).

To qualify for CatalyseHer UK, applicants must meet the following parameters:

1. Founder Leadership: Led or co-led by a female founder, co-founder, or CEO.

2. Business Age & Size: Incorporated in the UK (or operating as an HMRC sole trader) for under 5 years with an annual revenue of less than £2,000,000 GBP.

3. Impact Focus: Open across all industry sectors (Tech, HealthTech, EdTech, Climate, Consumer Goods) with a core commitment or intention to create positive social or environmental impact.

4. Time Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours total over 2 months (~1.5 hours per week of live workshops plus self-paced learning modules).
