Key Offerings:

• Financial Investment: Funding ranges between $20,000 and $50,000 per high-potential venture, structured under flexible convertible note terms.

• Mentorship: Direct access to industry veterans, global creative leaders, and successful entrepreneurs.

• Strategic Networks: Assistance with building connections to key regional and international distributors, platforms, partners, and customers.

• Community Access: Direct entry into an exclusive network of ambitious creative innovators across the continent.

The fund specifically evaluates applicants based on core founder demographics, sector alignment, and business viability.

• Heritage: At least one co-founder must be of Nigerian descent.

• Location: The business operations must be physically based in Africa and primarily targeted at serving African markets.
