HIGH FIVE Grant for Moms™

The HIGH FIVE Grant for Moms™ hosted by The Mama Ladder® in partnership with title sponsor U.S. Bank at is an annual business grant competition designed to help mother-founded businesses scale toward $1M in revenue.

• Grand Prize Winner: $10,000 USD Cash Grant (plus additional business services and travel vouchers).

• First Runner-Up: $5,000 USD Cash Grant.

• Second Runner-Up: $2,500 USD Cash Grant.

• Five Honorable Mentions: $1,000 USD Cash Grant each.

• Funding Type: 0% Equity / 100% Non-Dilutive Grant (unrestricted capital for business growth).

1. Caregiver Status: Must be a woman caregiver with human children of any age (includes first-time expecting mothers, stepmothers, foster mothers, and mothers of adult children).

2. Ownership: Must own at least 50% of a for-profit product- or service-based business.

3. Verified Revenue: Business must have verified annual revenue between $10,000 and $500,000 USD within the past 12 months.

4. Geographic Base: Business must be headquartered in the United States or Canada.

In addition to completing the online application form (taking ~30–60 minutes), applicants MUST:

• Post a photo on social media showing the high-five "why" behind their business.

• Tag title sponsor @usbank and @highfivegrant (or @themamaladder).

• Include the mandatory hashtag #highfivegrant.
